Let’s have look under the hood to see
how it all works.
Preparing for the training
We’ve designed Knowly to fit into how you’re already preparing for a training, instead of adding to your workload.
Get your unique code
Enter the training details in Knowly and note the unique 6-digit code.
Set aside time in the classroom
Reserve little time at the end of your training for participants to write action plans.
Knowly in the classroom
As your training comes to an end, it’s time to introduce Freddie the Coach and the digital action plan.
You introduce the concept
A brief intro to why follow-up is needed and how Knowly works. Here’s how it’s done.
Participants write action plans
The participants will then go to www.know.ly, fill in the 6-digit code and create their action planaction plan.
…and pick supporters
Lastly, each participant picks supporters who they want help from when they get back.
If a participant does not want to receive Freddie’s follow-ups, he or she can easily opt out.
Example of a question from the action plan.
How participants pick their supporters.
Supporters receive invitations
Two days after the training, Freddie reaches out to the people that were chosen as supporters.
The two-day wait allows the participants to give their supporters a heads up.
Participants reflect regularly
At a time that each participant picks for themselves, Freddie now sends a set of coaching questions to trigger reflection.
Participant completes Freddie’s weekly follow-up
Supporter reads and receives tips like these.
Answers are shared with supporter
Freddie’s coaching invitations sent via SMS.
Trainer gets progress report
All the progress that participants log is gathered in a report that is sent to you as a trainer a few weeks after the training.
Only progress that the each participant has explicitly agreed to share with the trainer is included in the report.
Annoying emails, no thanks!
The internet is full of unwanted emails. That’s why we designed Freddie to be polite, understanding and accommodating.
Participants can reschedule or opt out entirely at any time
Reminders stop after two attempts and remain polite
No progress, no problem
Participants who have not made progress are extra cared for
