We’ve added a new way to collaborate in Knowly – right where the work happens.
You can now add internal comments directly on slides, messages, and other elements in your learning journeys. Perfect for capturing thoughts in the moment, giving feedback, or working together as a team.
This makes it possible to:
Comments can be added at multiple levels, including entire learning journeys, individual slides, and highlighted text. Use the comment overview to navigate quickly and stay on top of what needs to be done. Internal comments are only visible to admins.

Introducing a brand-new activity type - Knowledge Test!
Admins and team members can now upload profile pictures for a more personalized interface.
Link to external locations directly from Knowly. Customize end screens with images and text to create a tailored experience.
Batch Updates for Individual Learning Journeys
Managers can now generate reports for both activities and learning journeys, offering greater insight into employees' progress.
Each learning journey can now feature a unique cover photo to add visual appeal. Additionally, each activity within a journey can include icons or pictures for better identification.
Managers will now receive an email notification when an employee completes an microtraining.
Enhanced Reporting Features
Admins can now include SCIM attributes in Excel reports for better data insights.

Personalization for Managers
Introduced the “employee name” as a personalization variable when assigning a manager.
Enterprise customers using SCIM can now import dynamic lists of users. These lists automatically sync with Active Directory and keep user data in Knowly up to date based on applied filters.
Added the ability to include personalization variables in assignments for more customized communications.
Admins can now preview all settings before a new activity is sent out. This includes reviewing content, audience, deadlines, and invitations to ensure everything is in order.
