We help you reach beyond the classroom into employees' daily work life, so that your training is kept top-of-mind.
Tools that help people support each other
We believe in people's will to help each other out. That most colleagues want to support each other and that most managers want to support their employees, but they often lack the tools to do so. That's why we've taken upon ourselves to design and build those tools. We believe in the power of coaching and taking time off to reflect, and so that's what we will prompt employees to do. Time and again. All in an effort to help you as an L&D professional have the most impact you possibly can in people's lives.

Culture before numbers
When others pull all-nighters, we make an effort to work no more than 40 hours per week. Where others seek exponential growth at any price, we put culture above all and trust that healthy numbers will follow. In fact, putting culture before numbers is a subject so dear to our hearts that we've never taken a single dollar in outside investments.
An environment where you'll be respected for who you are
We believe that you're at your best when you can truly be yourself at work. No facade. No fear of speaking your mind. We value crazy ideas as much as the honest truth that just needs to be said. But speaking up to challenge the status quo isn't always easy. That's why we make an effort to invite different ideas, respect opposing views and create a debate climate where we discuss ideas, not people.
A group of people who trust each other
At Knowly you're free to distribute your 40 hours of work as you see fit throughout the week. We trust that you'll handle that. Feel like working from home? Please do. Want to set up an experiment to test your idea? Go right ahead. We'll be here if you need our support. When you trust your colleagues 100%, and you know that they do the same with you, you're free to channel all of your creativity into doing the best work you possibly can.
A place where we care about our own and others' well-being
We're a bunch of huggers. The kind that'll ask how you are and appreciate a truly honest reply. A group of people who genuinely care about the well-being of each other, our customers and ourselves. And we like to work out. In fact, we think that physical exercise is so important that we offer paid gym memberships, two hours of workout during work hours each week and ample opportunity for anyone who wants to join group training sessions. In the summer of 2019 a group of us even took it so far as to complete an Iron Man as a year-long experiment in creating lasting behaviour change.
A home for those who love to learn and improve
Learning new things and changing behaviors is at the very core of all that we do. From the product we build to how we lead our lives. It's in our DNA. We interview, survey and head out into the field to learn all about our users. We take courses, share books, learn new languages, dabble in new sports and try to always have one ear to the ground in the world of research. Let's just say that if true lifelong long learning is your thing, Knowly might just be the place for you.
