How Knowly works for you as a trainer

Step 1: You identify with the problem

Your training is really good. Still, the participants fail to get started with applying what they learned when they return from the training.

Step 2: You decide to try Knowly.

When you log in to Knowly you get asked to fill out the name and date of your training. Then a unique code for your training is shown...

Step 3: You’re in the classroom, towards the end of the training.

You display the code and tell the participants why you’re using Knowly. They then type in the code at the website www.know.ly using their phones.

There, they answer a series of coaching questions, that help them create an action plan and get a supporter.

Step 4: You open your inbox the next morning.

In your inbox, you’ll find a report from Knowly with all the participants’ action plans from the training session.

Now your work as trainer is done, but the participants’ journey has just started...
